Qualifying residents (both home owners and tenants) living in the suburbs of Cleveland,Mount Cotton, Redland Bay, Sheldon, Thornlands and Victoria Point can sign-up to join the Redlands energy conservation community.

In addition to the energy conservation devices being installed on qualifying residents' air-conditioners and/or pool filtration system they will also receive a free incentive package that includes a:
- free air conditioner clean and efficiency check
- free hot water efficiency check
- free standby power board (to help you conserve standby power in your home)
- $50 voucher as payment for the Queensland Government's ClimateSmart Home Service*
- $50 donation made by ENERGEX to a local energy conservation community benefit fund to help local schools and community groups (click here for more information)

Note: if a resident has already paid for a ClimateSmart Home Service to be carried out in their home, ENERGEX will refund the $50 cost on proof of purchase/evidence of the service having been provided.
