Stabbing incident, Alexandra Hills
Detectives have declared a crime scene at an Alexandra Hills property following a stabbing incident overnight.
Police were called to the Brompton Street home around 11.50pm with reports of a two men been stabbed.
A man in his thirties has died at the scene. A second man in his thirties has been transported to the Princess Alexandra Hospital in a critical condition.
Police have commenced forensic examinations at the house
UPDATE
A man has been charged with murder following the death of a man at Alexandra Hills on Tuesday, November 22.
A 37-year-old Hillcrest man died at the scene.
The second man, a 39-year-old from Tingalpa, was transported to the Princess Alexandra Hospital in a serious condition where he remains.
He has been charged with murder, enter dwelling with intent and contravention domestic violence order.
The man faced a bedside hearing today and has been remanded in custody until February 6, 2017.
