Robbery incident, Capalaba 15th May 2018
Detectives are investigating a robbery incident that occurred in Capalaba on the evening of 15th May 2018.
At about 6.40pm, a man and a woman driving in a dark coloured sedan along Finucane Road have approached a woman and called her over to the vehicle.
The female passenger grabbed the woman’s purse as the man attempted to drive away, dragging the woman a short distance along the road.
The woman’s purse was stolen during the incident.
The woman was transported to Redlands Hospital for treatment of a number of abrasions.
Police are appealing to any members of the public who may have witnesses the incident or have relevant dash cam footage to contact police.
