Fatal traffic crash, Capalaba
Police are at the scene of a fatal single vehicle crash at Capalaba.
Preliminary information suggest that shortly before 3am, 9th June 2016, a vehicle was travelling on Redland Bay Road when it has left the road and crashed into a power pole.
The sole occupant of the vehicle, a 21-year-old woman, died at the scene.
The outbound lanes of Redland Bay Road are closed near the intersection with Ney Road, with diversions in place.
The Forensic Crash Unit is on scene, and investigations are ongoing.
